1. Send your watch to us
We recommend you send your watch by recorded delivery with one of our completed postage forms. Send your package to:

Please do not enclose your watch box. A jiffy bag and a little padding will do!
2. Upon arrival
Your watch will be checked by our experienced staff who will then replace your battery and reseal you watch. Then we will confirm the work has been done by email or text and arrange payment by credit card or Paypal - The sooner you pay the quicker we dispatch!
3. We return your watch within 72 hours
We will then repackage your watch and return it to you by recorded delivery - as long as you have paid!

AT THE MOMENT WE ARE UNABLE TO RESEAL ALL 200 + meters DIVERS WATCHES e.g. CITIZEN AQUALAND ETC TO THE MANUFACTURES SPEC. These watches must be returned to their appropriate distributors
(Prices include return recorded delivery)
£8.95 for ORDINARY WATCHES and water resistant watches under 50 Metres/5ATM.
£9.95 for 50 metres/5ATM water resistant watches.
£12.95 for 100metres/10ATM water resistant watches.
£15.95 for 200metres/20ATM water resistant watches.
£6 extra for return by registered post with insurance up to £1,000. Recommended for more expensive watches.
Please Note: Some multifunction watches, e.g. Casio, Pathfinder, need 3-5 batteries. These require us to quote.

Finished work will be posted 4pm.
All prices are in pounds sterling.
We reserve the right to refuse any work we deem inappropriate or beyond repair. Our decision is final.

The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your watch. However, whilst we make every effort to try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors sometimes occur.
Although we carefully examine all Watch Battery Replacements, we reserve the right to advise the customer of any unforeseen repair that may arise that maybe required to enable us to complete the work - An appropriate turn around time is needed.
No repairs will be returned until full payment has been made and cleared.
